Locations: You can catch Haunter yourself in the Pokemon Tower in all three versions, or simply raise Gastly to level 28 or higher to evolve it.
Tips: Haunter is Gastly's more vicious form. While most dual types have double the amount of weaknesses of single types, the dual Ghost nature doesn't really add any new weaknesses.
